My Organic Wine
Just like the grape farming, our winemaking is also 100% organic
Through my organic wine I wish to better transcribe the full potential of the grapes while being respectful of the environment and the consumer. The harvest is done at night to pick the grapes as cold as possible, prevent oxidation and thus limit or avoid the use of sulphite.
RESPECT FOR WINE
The traditional vinification is carried out either in concrete or stainless steel vats, barrels or casks. It is then in our semi-underground cellars where the temperature and humidity are suitable that our wines are brought to reveal all their aromas and characteristics of the land.
Because of my organic approach, I am particularly attached to the authenticity of my wines. That is why they are all vinified, aged and packaged by us at the estate either in bottles or bag-in-box.
