Aged in oak tuns.
A deep red wine that has a harmonious bouquet of eucalyptus, currants, berries, and a very full palette in which the delicate tannins gives it an exceptional after taste.
Served with red meats and cheese.
Temperature: 16 to 18 degrees Celsius.
Wine can be kept 10+ years. |

SYRAH (red)
Aged in oak tuns.
A dark, ruby wine with a peppery aroma and a hint of violets. Thick and balanced.
A very fine Syrah that is typical of the Rhone valley and goes well with any meal. Best served at 14 to 18 degrees Celsius. The optimum age is 5+ years.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON/MERLOT
This combined wine, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot, represents our region well with its berry and spice aroma. Satisfaction and simplicity.
Goes with any meal, even summer men Temperature: 14 to 18 degrees Celsius. Best served within 5 years of age.

AGED IN OAK TUNS
Aged twelve months in new barrels. Its woodsy bouquet of blackcurrant or vanilla exhibits the complexity of wines of the bygone days. It blends very smoothly on the palette.
Best served with meats in sauces, wildfowl and cheeses.
Temperature: 18 to 20 degrees Celsius.
Wine can be kept 10+ years.
