Les Coteaux des Baronnies

The grapes that are picked from the middle of September to the end of October are made into wine with the greatest of care, allowing them to achieve their full potential.
Next, out of sight and tucked away in the depths of our cellars that date back several centuries, tranquilly and with "patience", our wine blossoms in bottles, or better still, in tuns and oak barrels, gathering its seductive charm.

The region is a land of sunlight and gentle hills in the heart of the Drome Provençale mountains-"a unique country."
The vines on our 26-hector estate thrive in the rich soil thanks to the sunshine and the region's intrinsic microclimate.

Respect the Environment
"My sensible battle"
Due to the Mediterranean climate and the secluded nature of the region, our vineyards have very little disease problems (blight and mildew). This allows for limited preventive measures while respecting and improving the quality of the vines.
"My sensible battle," consists of only 4 preventive treatments between May and July, more than 2 months before the harvest.
